US: Founded in 1995, MHG Design Ltd. is a multi-disciplinary agency specialising in design-led marketing solutions for our clients – small independent start-ups through to blue chip multi-nationals. We are a small friendly team who enjoy a good social working atmosphere, based in a large open-plan warehouse in Balham, South London.
YOU: A well organised, thorough and meticulous person with an interest in design. You have good English language skills, are well organised, punctual, with a ‘can do’ attitude and a good eye for detail. You are happy liaising with clients directly, both in person, over the phone and by email. You have a good sense of humour and are at ease talking on the phone.
THE JOB: We need you to work 2/3 days a week, researching leads, chasing new accounts and following up old clients with the ultimate aim of broadening our portfolio by securing meeting, pitches and new briefs for us to work on.
Initially you will need to familiarise yourself with our current and past client list, assisted by our online ‘Sales Force’ database. You will aim to exploit existing contacts and previous client list as well as establish and contact a wish list of new clients.
You will have an interest in social media and use this to raise the companies online profile through our blog, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook etc. Researching and posting items of interest to our existing clients and those we are chasing, leveraging this information to our advantage when you make contact.
This is a flexible position and working hours could be arranged to suit your personal circumstances.
